Have you ever had that moment when suddenly you see a situation in a new light and your perspective and understanding change for the better? My aim with therapy is to facilitate that “a-ha” moment for yourself within the struggle that is bringing you into therapy. By providing a validating, safe and trusting space we can be curious about emotions without shaming or shutting them down. We will explore the story we tell ourselves and the meaning we give our lives. Sometimes we can’t break out of certain behaviors or anxieties and need an outside, non-judgmental observer to help us see our patterns because we are “in it” and too close to see the big picture.
I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. The goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
